Shipping

All orders will be shipped via a standard truck or SUV, delivered, and, if requested, stacked, by North End Firewood, within Fairfield County, Connecticut, or Westchester County, New York. We may, upon special request, deliver outside this zone, though an additional charge may apply.

We will contact you through email, telephone, text message, or the chat function on the site to schedule delivery, and will do our best to accommodate your stacking requests. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to stack firewood if the destination is unreachable, more than 100 feet from the nearest parking area, or dangerous to the person(s) delivering your firewood.

Refunds

All deliveries are final, and we will not issue refunds after delivery, unless the delivery is not within a reasonable time frame following the date and time to which you agree in electronic communications with North End Firewood. Please note that we may contact you to reschedule deliveries due to weather or illness, or if delivering your firewood would potentially lead to your firewood becoming unreasonably wet. In such events, you will be provided the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Cancellations

 

You may cancel your order at any point prior to delivery by contacting us, though we request that you provide at least 12 hours notice so that we are not en route to deliver your firewood at the time of your cancellation.
