CONFORMITY OF GOODS

We make our best effort to ensure the description, specifications, and pricing of all products on our website are correct. The product information and specification provided is not binding, but is carefully considered and intended to give an accurate description of each product.

Due to the nature of firewood, and particularly its hygroscopic properties, we are unable to guarantee that your firewood will burn effectively. We make our best efforts to ensure that the wood is properly seasoned and dry, but, as firewood absorbs or releases moisture to the air, depending on the temperature and relative humidity, it is often subject to unwanted moisture content, particularly during periods of high humidity or precipitation. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the moisture content of wood, and recommend placing some firewood indoors for a few days or weeks prior to burning it, ideally in relatively close proximity to a heating unit of some kind, though not in such proximity that it would present a fire hazard. As wood can be home to insects or microbes, we also recommend ensuring that, when stored indoors, it is not placed in an area where any insects or microbes contained within the wood might be able to contaminate anything indoors, particularly unfinished wood.

LIABILITY

We reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. We may modify these conditions at any time by posting the conditions on our website.

PAYMENT

We accept credit and debit card payments through Wix Payments. Any order may be canceled prior to delivery, but all deliveries are final.
